HDB Launching Sunshine Court (CCK) & Punggol Regalia
HDB is launching two new housing projects, Sunshine Court (275KB) in Choa Chu Kang and Punggol Regalia (282KB) in Punggol, under the Build-To-Order (BTO) System. A total of 1,181 Studio Apartments (SAs), 3-room, 4-room and 5-room flats in Standard and Premium designs will be offered.
With these two new projects, HDB has launched a total of 7,793 units under the BTO system in 2008, in towns like Punggol, Choa Chu Kang, Sengkang, Yishun, Woodlands and Bukit Panjang. (more…)
